William is a founding Director of Engrade. He is a Civil Engineer with 17 years’ professional experience in the Water and Civil engineering sector. He is a member of Engineers Australia with a Chartered Engineer Status. William is highly experienced in water, roads and drainage design.
Andre Breebaart
Design Manager
Andre is a senior civil designer and technical officer with over 30 years’ continuous experience in the water industry. He is proficient in water and sewer designs, impact assessment, application of conditions of approval and scrutiny reviews of detailed designs for water assets affected by third party government and private project works.
Andre has significant experience with pipe material selection, testing, live works connections, site supervision, auditing and compliance and direct construction delivery and has previously worked for water utility providers, contractors and civil engineering consultant delivering new water and civil works in a variety of heavy urban brownfield and remote site situations.

Senior Civil Engineer
Francis has extensive experience in various scale of projects, from small type developments (e.g. Commercial developments) to large infrastructure projects such as the Airport Link/Northern Busway and Gold Coast Rapid Transit (Gold Coast Light Rail). His experience covers all project stages, from concept design through to construction documentation and construction site support
